Food insecurity is mental as much as physical.
When food systems break down, shortages happen fast and without warning.
Learn how to prepare for that in Food Shortage Survival Planning for Seniors.
Stress leads to bad decisions.

- EASY TO REACTIVATE: The packet is made with premium heat-resistant coated paper and all-white non-indicating beads for maximum absorption. Place in the oven for 30 minutes to 2 hours at 200-250F or microwave for about 7-12 minutes on defrost mode.

Inventory System (keep it simple)
Write down:
- what you have
- how much
- where it is
Check once a month.
A notebook works fine.
Backup Food Sources
Stored food runs out. Skills don’t.
- small garden
- container growing
- simple foraging knowledge
- composting
